Error when importing translation from MS Word

Thanks so much for reaching out and I'm sorry you're experiencing a similar issue.
I looked at Richard's case, and it appears the issue was related to a corrupted .doc file. This was resolved by re-exporting the course for Word translation, copying the translated text from the “Translation” column, and pasting it on the newly exported Word document. Then, the translation was successfully imported into Storyline.

Thanks Kelly Auner. May I know how to prevent this issue? If there are few translations, redoing should not be a problem. But if it has many translations, it is not worth it.
Please advise me on how to prevent this issue.

The article focuses more on Storyline 360 project files, but the same steps should also apply to other types. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team by opening a case and sharing your project files there so we can take a look at them and fix them if possible.
