Happy to help. To answer your question, yes there is a way to do that wherein your students won't be able to access the succeeding slide if they have not finished all the tasks in the current slide. You may do this by putting in triggers in the trigger panel. You may hide the next button using a trigger. You may also check the menu to modify navigation settings by locking navigation. A trigger can also be done by changing the state of the objects for example if task 1, 2, and 3 are changed to visited a new slide can be shown. I hope this helps.
