Essay questions: how to attribute points to result?
I want learners to fill out an essay question. If the result is: 'I do not know', 'none', '-', I want it to count for 0 points. If, however, learners fills out with a longer text, I want it to count for 10 points. Can you please explain with much detail how I can set up this construction?

Currently, Storyline 360 does not support this level of quiz scoring. In Storyline, Essays are Survey Questions and cannot be configured as correct or incorrect. Also, they do not contribute to a Results Slide score for LMS reporting.
However, we are tracking a feature request to enhance this functionality, and I've included your voice. We'll be sure to update you as soon as we have news to share!
