Essay questions: how to attribute points to result?

I want learners to fill out an essay question. If the result is: 'I do not know', 'none', '-', I want it to count for 0 points. If, however, learners fills out with a longer text, I want it to count for 10 points. Can you please explain with much detail how I can set up this construction?
