Essay survey reporting to an LMS

Hi

 

I want to set up an essay question in Storyline 360 which is limited to 2500 characters, which captures the answers of those filing in the essay question. I am unsure how the answers are captured and where they are located. I have created a short module added an essay question also added in a results page to a short module as this is a key requirement but where is the data stored? I have to use SCORM 1.2 as our HR dept use Docebo as their LMS - I have looked at other threads but various links are broken and there seems no clear answer to this question. I think the issue is in the settings of when I publish the course but at bit lost as to what I need to do please help - many thanks

    Happy to help!

    The responses to your essay question can be found in the reporting section of your LMS. I don't have a specific screenshot for Docebo LMS, but this is what the reporting section looks like in SCORM Cloud. 

    If you've added a Results Slide ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠to your course, I believe you have everything configured correctly since this is the slide responsible for sending your learners' responses to the LMS. Can you please check if your results slide has the question slide selected, like in this screenshot?
