Exit button does not exit the course

Hello, 

I did add the button at the end of the course and also turned on the exit button on the export settings. Does someone know how to fix it?

      Are you running your course within the LMS interface itself, or in a new window outside the LMS interface?

    Hi there! So sorry to hear that the exit button isn't working for your course. 

    I would suggest troubleshooting your file in SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same. SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine that's free and supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content.

    If the exit button works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly share your SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue.
