Exit Course button in Rise 360

We are publishing a course in Rise 360. After loading to the LMS, the Exit course button does not work. What settings do we need to change?

Same issue for us with Rise 360. Trying to mark my course as Passed/Incomplete or Complete/Incomplete.

Published as xAPI
Our course opens up in a new window.
When playing the course, the "Exit course link" button does not work when clicking on it.
When clicking the X to close the window, our LMS does not register the module as completed.

Any help would be welcomed.
