Exit Course doesn't exit course

I can not figure out why this is not working - I've included a trigger to Exit the Course when the button is clicked on. When I preview it, it works fine. When I run it from our server...

I'd love to help! I tried to recreate this on my end and unfortunately, didn't have any issues using the Exit Course trigger.
I tested the course in Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer. You can find my testing here.
Can you try uploading your published course to SCORM Cloud and see if that makes a difference? It could be a setting in your Learning Management System that needs to be adjusted.
