Exit Course doesn't exit course

Hi ya'll, I can not figure out why this is not working - I've included a trigger to Exit the Course when the button is clicked on. When I preview it, it works fine. When I run it from our server...

I see you have a case open with my teammate Georvy. I encourage you to reach out to Georvy for any questions you might have on the steps recommended.

I downloaded your .story file from your post above and enabled the course completion trigger on your last slide. I published it with the following tracking options:

  • When the learner has viewed 100% of All Slides
  • Using triggers

I was able to get a 100% Complete in SCORM Cloud with those settings.

Do you have the course completion trigger enabled in your current file?
