Exiting Storyline Course in LMS
Hi all! I'm having the most frustrating time trying to get one of our courses to show as complete in our LMS. This isn't a new course, just a revision, which makes me think the issue lies with our updated bookend ending slide. Maybe something with the triggers? Our LMS has its own "Save and Close" button that works for several other courses, and the intention is that learners would close the course using that button rather than a button in the SCORM itself. If anyone has any suggestions as to what triggers/formatting should be used here, it would be so appreciated! Thanks!

Sorry to hear a Storyline course is not being marked as complete by your LMS!
Have you had a chance to test the revised .story file in an LMS test environment? We use SCORM Cloud as our baseline for testing LMS output. You can sign up for a free account, and it’s easy to see statuses when you exit a course.
- If the file reports as expected in SCORM Cloud, the issue is likely LMS-related, and you'll want to reach out to your LMS administrator.
- If the same behavior can be observed in SCORM Cloud, it would be helpful to see a copy of the .story file that's giving you trouble. Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
