Expanding circle reveals video clip

Hi, Is it possible, using Storyline 360, to have a circle with an entrance animation of Grow, and when it grows a video is revealed in the circle (4 sec long). The circle would then have a Shrink ...

    Thanks, that is what i am trying for. I have 2 characters on screen, and i want that circle to pop up.

    Will having characters on screen be an issue for this?
