Expanding circle reveals video clip

Is it possible, using Storyline 360, to have a circle with an entrance animation of Grow, and when it grows a video is revealed in the circle (4 sec long). The circle would then have a Shrink ...
Characters will be fine. Just keep any on-slide objects you add above the shape-mask layer. I'm attaching the source file so you can see how I put it together.
