Experiencing issues during the quiz
The students are experiencing issues during the quiz. The quiz is set to have a duration of 2 minutes, but after 6 seconds, it resets and returns them to the first page.
Unless you are able to share your Rise 360 file, I would recommend working directly with the Articulate support staff for this issue.
Is it possible that the 2 minutes has already elapsed, and that this is "remembered" and therefore when re-attempting, the 2 minutes is already elapsed and you are kicked out of the quiz?
If the course is being run outside of an LMS, can you try clearing your cookies? If SCORM, give it a go in SCORM Cloud and see if you have the same behaviour.
