Export of course is not working

Make sure that you are working from your local system directory, not a shared network drive or Sharepoint page.

Close all other programs, and have only one instance of Storyline running. 

Then try exporting again.

If you still have errors and it doesn't export, you might need to reinstall the software. (It's a fairly simple process but can take some time, esp if your organization requires HelpDesk assistance to add/remove programs.) And if the errors continue after you have reinstalled the program, I would submit a support ticket.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Storyline project! I'm glad that Joe has provided good suggestions already.

In addition to that, you can also try removing the new videos that were added one at a time, then publish again. This is to determine whether one of them is corrupt and causing the issue.

Thanks a lot for your advice! In the meantime I have found out that one exercise page was damaged (I don't know why). I couldn't start the preview on this page. So I deleted this page and made a new one ... and then the export run properly.
