Export Settings in Adobe Premiere Pro for Rise
Hi! All of our videos from Premiere Pro face the same issue once loaded into Rise. Articulate Support troubleshot and shared with us to use Handbrake to convert the exported video and then upload it into Rise, it worked but I felt that this could have been prevented during the Export process. Wondering if anyone has experienced this and is able to advise on the specifics. Have attached the export setting here too. Thank you in advance!
You need to use a different Video Codec.
Look for MP4 - H.264. If Premiere Pro lets you export with that setting, the file should work in Rise.
Hi Judy, thank you for the suggestion! We managed to export mp4 by changing the video format and the exported videos are able to view in Rise.
