Export to XLIFF 2.0 File in Rise
Same for us. Our company needs an update to 2.1 due to DeepL requirements. Are there any plans today for replacing your 15 year-old version?
Hi Tobias!
While XLIFF 2.0/2.1 support in Rise 360 isn't on the Roadmap yet, we're currently tracking requests for this feature. We'll keep this thread posted for any updates on this feature request.

Hi Gren,
is there any way to expediate this feature? We might be willing to sponsor development, if that's a possibility.I'm happy to hop on a call with your sales & dev team to discuss this.
Best regards,

Hi David,
While you wait to hear back from Articulate, I have a solution available now that uses DeepL to translate Rise 360 XLIFF 1.2 files. Your workflow shouldn't change much as you'll still export the XLIFF from Rise 360, get a translated file back, and then import back into your Rise 360 course. You can also translate Storyline 360 files using DeepL with this solution, too.
If you would like more information, please let me know by either a private message or reach out to me on LinkedIn (usually the best as sometimes I don't get private messages from the forums).

Hi David!
There isn't any ETA for this feature yet, but I'll share your request to expedite this and your suggestion with our team. I'll post any updates here. Let us know if you need anything else!

The original question was over 3 years ago and the functionality still hasn't made it to your roadmap??? I am looking into other authoring software that is compatible with DeepL as in Canada we have a legal requirement to provide all content in English and French. We will be moving away from using articulate very soon if a resolution isn't found.

It would really help to have XLIF 2.1 so we can use auto translation with Deepl.

This is now 2 years ago, what is the progress on this? Do you really need many years to update basic functionality of your services?
