Exported Rise 360 courses not playing Video Captions

I have added the .vtt file to videos for captions in Rise360. The preview in Edit as well as the video in Review 360 are showing the captions perfectly. The issue comes when I export for LMS (SCORM 1.2) or for Web. Although the "CC" button is available with the language selection... The captions do not appear. We have tried Chrome and Edge. We have uploaded to our LMS (meridian), used SCORM cloud, and even played the Web export on the different browsers with no avail. HELP!

Note: My Storyline 360 exports play the captions just fine. I'm just not up to converting 26 rise trainings to storyline.
