Exporting all captions

Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Update 123, we've included essential fixes and new features. We've released an enhancement for:
- Export all your project’s closed captions in a single step.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help.
I've updated my Storyline 360 app and I now see the option to Export. However, the selection for CC is greyed out. What should I do?

We released an update today, Storyline 360 Build 3.124.37782.0.
Could you please update to the latest version and let me know if the option is still grayed out? If it is, does this happen with multiple audio files or Storyline projects, or does it seem to be specific to one file?
If the issue persists, it'd be helpful to see a copy of your file. You can upload it here or privately in support case and we'll delete it once troubleshooting is complete!
