Exporting all captions
Hello everyone!
Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Update 123, we've included essential fixes and new features. We've released an enhancement for:
- Export all your project’s closed captions in a single step.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Please add this feature asap! I am currently having to maintain transcripts in TWO places:
- a Word document with the transcript for the entire project (which is required by people (SME's, client, etc...) who do NOT have access to a Storyline license
- and the close captions in the file (which are necessary for 508 compliance).
The work flow associated with keeping to files is cumbersome and inefficient and will eventually lead to errors associated with having two different "documents" (someone updates one but forgets to update the other).
Please add a Storyline function to allow the EXPORT OF ALL CAPTIONS in a Storyline project using a single export command.
