Extra space on the right and left sides of Storyline player that I can't get rid of :)

Hi! I am stumped! I am developing a course in Storyline 1 and I can't figure out why there is extra space on either side of the player. See image "Client A." I want it to look like "Client B." S...

Hi Brooke

go into storyview and view each slide properties...One of them will have something ticked like menu or notes that is displaying as that side space.  So even if you don't have player properties for side panel menu or notes selected, if it is ticked in one of the slides SL will 'allow' for it.
