Extra space on the right and left sides of Storyline player that I can't get rid of :)

I am stumped! I am developing a course in Storyline 1 and I can't figure out why there is extra space on either side of the player. See image "Client A." I want it to look like "Client B."

Thanks for including your file here! How much extra space are you seeing at the bottom of the slide -- one or two pixels, or more than that?
Also, what version of Storyline are you using? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. If you're using Storyline 360, you should see 3.17.16188.0 in the bottom-right corner.
Yes, it's probably a pixel or two. I'm using Storyline 360.
