Extra space on the right and left sides of Storyline player that I can't get rid of :)

I am stumped! I am developing a course in Storyline 1 and I can't figure out why there is extra space on either side of the player. See image "Client A." I want it to look like "Client B."

I am still seeing the empty space on either side of my course. I have set my dimensions to the 16:9 setting, is this a problem? I only hve 2 slides at this point and menu is unchecked every spot I can think of.
