facing issue in the course taking too much time to load

Hello,

        I am encountering an issue with the loading of the Storyline course page. I have uploaded the course on SCORM. The course was created using Storyline 360 in SCORM 1.2 version. I have attached a video showing where I am facing the issue of page loading into the course after clicking on the next button, and I am also attaching HAR files. Please help. Thanks in advance.

    Happy to help!

    Can I ask if the LMS you used for testing is SCORM Cloud? If not, I recommend testing in SCORM Cloud to see if you will still experience the same loading issues given that there's a chance this behavior is LMS-specific.

    If your course also takes a while to load in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!
