Failing at playing the media of the tutorials

Hi, I have been taking the tutorials and this is what I get whenever I try to watch a video : The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. How can I solve this?

    I am sorry you are having trouble playing videos from a tutorial course. I can see that you've submitted a support case and are already working with Darwin. You are in good hands. I hope the issue gets fixed soon.
