Feature request visibility and roadmap
Maybe a good 2023 commitment for Articulate would be improve the visibility of feature requests and the roadmap...and give users a direct way to vote on them.
A great example is the roadmap Cloudinary uses.

The stock response for anyone suggesting anything to improve the product is to say 'Log a feature request'. But there isn't any visibility at all on what has been logged, what has been considered or rejected.
I've been up and down the forums and there are some really great suggestions, but they never seem to make it as far as the https://articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-360-Feature-Roadmap. The items discussed seem like basic enhancements. Many requests have '+1' and 'me too' for 5 years worth of posts.
I guess the 'log a feature request' is just shouting to the void, a way to close forum threads.
Anyway, here's my +1 for improved feature request visibility.
