Hello Storyline ppl. I was working on a file, suddenly stopped working. I saved the file, closed and checked for an update. Storyline updated and now that I am trying to continue working with my file, it doesn't work. Any clues?

Are you saving the file locally or to a shared/network drive? We recommend always saving and publishing Storyline projects on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or an external USB drive can cause erratic behavior due to latency. For example, it could cause file corruption or prevent you from saving changes.
If you'd like us to test the file on our end, you can either attach the .story file to this discussion or upload it privately in a support case.
