Fill in the blank not allowing user to enter answer
Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me here. I have a question bank with multiple questions, 2 of them are Fill in the Blank question.
When I preview, or use the review site, I can not select the box to type in an answer. Sometimes it worked fine, most of the time I can't select it at all. There is nothing covering the answer box. I've tried deleting the slides and starting again, but I'm still having the same issue.
The only thing I can interact with is the Submit button, which won't work because I didn't answer the question.
Any ideas are appreciated.

Probably something in the way the slide is constructed, though like DShaw said, it's very hard to diagnose blind.
Difficult to diagnose without seeing the file. One quick test that could narrow it down; when the field won't take a click, press Tab. See if Tab moves focus into the field and you can type. If Tab won't focus it either, the field itself is dead and it's something strange that's causing it.
Sorry for the delay, I didn't realise I had a reply to this. I've tried using the tab button but it doesn't move to the box at all. The strangest part is that it doesn't do it every time, some times it works as it should. I've tried using a different type of question slide and making it from scratch but I have the same issue.
Any other ideas a welcome.When you say it works sometimes; does it work on a fresh attempt and then it doesn’t work when you re-try?
