Hi Michael,
Happy to help here! All you have to do is move the Submit Pick One trigger underneath the Correct and Incorrect trigger actions so that it's able to determine the right answer before it submits, not after!

Understanding the amount of videos you have generated, I really wish this answer (on order of "Submit 1") was shown in the video. or the answer to the "Invalid Response: You must complete the answers before submitting" was higher in the response chain. Like others, I must of spent hours going this should work..........
