Yes, you could insert a PDF as a web object. Or...another idea, you could use a Google Doc.
As for the right click on a Mac, you can enable this in your settings. For example, if you're using the trackpad, you can enable the secondary click by going to Settings>trackpad>Point&Click>
If you have a mouse connected, you should be able to enable the same functionality in a similar manner in the mouse settings.
