Finding a training module created by a colleague
How can I find a training module created by a colleague who has left the organisation?
I know the module name, but have no idea if it was created in Rise or Storyboard.
We need to update the module so we need access to the development files.
Any ideas?
If you know what the module looks like you can see if it is Rise or Storyline, it maybe that the Storyline files are now missing, you may be able to get their Rise courses
Hi We have Rise modules that need updating that have been put on our LMS however all of these colleagues no longer work with us. Is there a way to recover these as they need updating.
If your colleagues left fairly recently (within the past few months) contact Tech Support to transfer the courses to someone in your organization that has a current Articulate 360 account.
