FireFox delaying animation video in the Articulate course
I've been trying to figure out why all of a sudden my courses are not working correctly in Firefox when I didn't have this issue before. I have animation videos in my courses and when I run it in Ch...
Hi Kelly, have you been able to open up the browser console in Firefox to see if anything unusual is happening with downloading files (CTL+SHIFT+I and select the Network tab) or any JavaScript errors (CTL+SHIFT+J).
It does sound very unusual that it would be working fine in Chrome and Edge, but slowing down in Firefox. Hopefully the Network tab and JavaScript console will reveal something different is happening between the Chrome/Edge and Firefox.
I getting the "downloadable font: kern: Tables is zero...." error with the Segeo UI font family I'm not getting that with Chrome or Edge.
