FireFox delaying animation video in the Articulate course
I've been trying to figure out why all of a sudden my courses are not working correctly in Firefox when I didn't have this issue before. I have animation videos in my courses and when I run it in Ch...
Hi Kelly,
I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Do you have the latest version of Firefox installed?
- Have you tried using Firefox's private window to see if this improves how animates are displayed?
- Do you have any browser extensions installed? If so, have you tried turning them off one at a time?
Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of a project file that has animations here or in private by opening a support case so we check the issue? We'll delete it afterwards!
Its the latest Browser, and I tried your suggestion with the private window it didn't make a difference. No extensions install. The company controls what's placed on our computer and I usually can't change much of the settings. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to send you the course.
