Focus Order - Slide layers
Hi,
I am just looking for a wee bit of help around focus orders.
I have a slide with multiple slide layers and it seems that I cant define a focus order per layer it is just on the base layer.
How will this affect my learners with accessibility issues? Will a screen reader reads every that is on the base layer whenever a new slide layer appears?
Thanks
Rebecca

The screen reader will read go up and down the focus order, but it will only read off what is on the screen at that time. This can be a bug if your text animates off screen, but a feature if you want to limit what the screen reader finds. If one slide layer 1 you blind the base layer objects (drop down at the bottom of the layer timeline), the screen reader will only find and read the slide layer 1 objects. If you set your layers so that they hide each other, slide layer 1 won't show up during slide layer 2's time on screen. Then in your focus order, you only need to arrange the objects in a logical order for each layer.
