Thank you for reaching out!

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue when testing with dual monitors using Storyline 360's latest version. 

I'm curious to know if the following steps might solve the issue:

  • Unplug the second monitor.
  • Re-start the computer.
  • Open Storyline 360 (on one monitor).
  • Plug the second monitor in.
