font problems in storyline
I have a problem with my storyline. When previewing, or loading into the LMS system, it gives a black screen. After a long search, it turns out to be the system font. When I change it to, say, Arial,...
update: The solution was to uninstall the fonts and re-install the fonts on my computer. Thank you to the support team for the quick help!

It is for example with Poppins, Archivo. I haven't had any issues with these fonts (I use it a lot in my e-learnings) till this week ... So before I previewed and uploaded e-learnings with these fonts.
The error doesn't occur with Arial of Calibri.
