I tried to find your case so that we could follow along but was unable to do so.
Did you get a confirmation email with your case number?
- If so, I'd love it if you could share it, which will allow us to follow along in the process.
- If not, we may not have received the support case.
No I did not receive a confirmation email even though I submitted twice. I’ll try again. Dawn
