Fonts Displaying Differently

I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issue you encountered where the font is not displaying correctly. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to refresh the browser or export your Rise 360 course again.

I'm sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. The bug with the Inter font not displaying correctly in Rise 360 has been fixed, but this problem is still present in Storyline 360. Our tests showed that you'll get better results using the OTF file type of the Inter font. Feel free to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case if you need help applying the workaround.

Hello from the future! It is two years later and I'm having this issue with Inter fonts and received this response:

Upon checking, Intert is a variable font, which Storyline doesn't currently support, so differences in the published output are expected. No worries, as I've submitted a feature request to our product team on your behalf.
Will there ever be a fix for this? With the high price point of Articulate, I would expect that I should be able to use any fonts I have downloaded.
