Fonts in Feedback Master not applying
Can anyone help me better understand why I cannot seem to get the font I have specified in my feedback master to show when previewing my quiz question feedback?
I need to use Sofia Pro. I have several of the feedback master slides I use set up with Sofia Pro as the font. However, when I apply the layout to my actual feedback layers, "correct" and "incorrect", the font defaults to some sort of Open Sans or Lato font. It is frustrating, as the fonts appear fine in the Slide view mode. It seems to also be the case when published to review 360, the font still defaults to the incorrect one.

That’s a pretty common issue in Storyline, James. What’s happening is that Feedback Master formatting doesn’t always carry over cleanly to the feedback layers if the font isn’t embedded or recognized properly in the publish settings. First, make sure Sofia Pro is installed on your system and fully licensed—not just active in one design app. Then in Storyline, open each feedback layer, select all text boxes, and manually reapply the font after applying the Feedback Master layout; sometimes it forces the refresh. When publishing, enable the option to include custom fonts (under Player > Fonts or in the publish dialog) so it embeds Sofia Pro correctly for Review 360 or HTML5 output. If it still defaults to Open Sans or Lato, clear the Storyline cache and republish—those fallback fonts appear when the player can’t find or load Sofia Pro in the output.
