Formatting Issue with "Tabs" Element after Docebo Upload

Hello Heroes,

I am writing to report a formatting issue. After exporting a course from Articulate Rise and uploading it to our Docebo platform, the paragraphs within the "Tabs" element are not displaying correctly. All line breaks are missing, causing the text to run together in a single block.

Please see the attached screenshots for comparison:

The first screenshot shows the correct formatting as it appears in Rise.

The second screenshot shows the incorrect formatting after the upload to Docebo.

Could you please advise on how to fix this formatting problem?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Lena

Hi LaurenDuvall and thanks for your answer!
I can confirm that the problem persists in all of your suggested cases.
    Any other idea? 🤔

Hi Lenasue! Thank you for the update! Have you copied and pasted this text from somewhere? I'd also be interested to know if this happens in all other tabs in that specific interaction.

Hi again and sorry for the delayed answer.
Yes, the text has been copied and pasted from Google Docs into Rise. But the shortcut command + shift + V was used, so formatting should'nt be pasted. My colleague also said that she erased and inserted the breaks some times inside Rise but nothing changed. And yes, this problem also applies to the other tabs in this element.
        I hope this helps!

  • Hi Lenasue! Thank you for sharing these screenshots! I haven't heard of others seeing this behavior so I'm wondering if this is specific to Docebo. Would you mind testing a few steps for me to see if they do the trick?

First, can you see if either resizing your browser window or using a different browser makes a difference? And second, if the browser doesn't make an impact, I'd recommend testing your course in another LMS environment like SCORM cloud to see if that changes the formatting.

Keep us updated with your findings!
