Formatting of Training Email

Is there anyway to change the formatting so the emails arent centred ?

  • Hi MichelleGree267,

    Thanks for checking in!

Currently, I'm unaware of a way to change the formatting of these emails. I've submitted your feedback to our developers, so we'll let you know if anything changes!

I'm surprised to see any email formatted with centered text. Keeping text left-aligned is a basic accessibility standard. I think that fixing this should be a high priority.

      Hi Kelly,

Along those lines.. Is there any way to change the sender/ domain of the welcome/ notification emails? I was able to change my domain for my courses, but my users are receiving emails from *Reach 360 Notifications* nitifications-no-reply@articulate.com it kind of negates the whole point of having a custom domain.

      Thanks in advance!

    Hi Kelly,

Along those lines, is there any way to change the sender/ domain from the welcome/ notification emails? I was able to set my custom domain for my courses, but the emails coming from articulate kind of negate the reason for having the custom domain. I'm trying to figure out zapier integration but I can't seem to stop the articulate emails.

    Thanks in advance!

      Hello thalotestcom

Thanks for reaching out! I understand you'd like to customize the sender domain for your Reach 360 Welcome/Notification emails. I want to confirm that while you can set a custom domain for your courses, the emails themselves are sent from Articulate's system.

I want to let you know that you can customize the content of these emails, including the subject and body, to better align with your branding. Here's how:
      1. Go to Manage > Settings > Learner Notifications.
      2. Click Edit content in the appropriate section.
      3. Customize the Subject and Body fields as needed.
      4. Click Save Changes to apply your updates.

For welcome emails, the admin's name and email who generated the invitation are automatically included below the customized text.

You mentioned connecting your Zapier to your Reach 360 account. I'd like to learn more about your progress in this process. Have you been prompted for an API key

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Lucianna, thanks for the reply!

Yeah, I think some much deeper customization in the emails seems yo be the consensus in these messages if you could talk to the team about getting a feature request in. I may look into a different LMS service specifically because of the sender.

As far as Zapier goes, yes, I did get prompted for API Key and everything seems to work, but unfortunately, it can't do what I had intended. (I was hoping I could block the email from Articulate and send it through my Gmail, or SOMETHING instead, but I can't seem to do it.)

Are there any other workarounds you can think of? If I could perhaps add a user without sending them an email, maybe something with that could work?

Thanks again for the response, and happy to discuss more soon!

        Best,

        Joe
