formatting off on microlearning when downloading as a PDF
when I've published my rise 360 microlearning, the check boxes within the document are off. I have tried amending the padding etc but it still remains the same? Any advice would be appreciated.

I created from scratch. haven't noticed it happening to any other lesson. Just seems to be this one.

Thanks for the additional information!
Since it appears that only one course is affected, you can try copying the lesson blocks in your course over to a new course to see if this helps. Here's how:
Once the lessons have been transferred, publish your Rise 360 course to PDF to see if the issue is fixed.
