Forward Seeking Issue
I have added a video as a video block in Rise 360 and selected “allow forward seeking” but it is not allowing it.
when i embed it, it works fine but there’s a sharing access issue there.
Anyone have any recommendations for this?

I actually came across someone else's reply on this platform regarding the same issue. He stated the URL had to be added to their cisco umbrella. I had my IT department do this and that fixed the issue for me. (Just in case someone else comes across this)

Thank you for posting this! We had this exact same issue.I checked with our IT department and they recommended I submit a ticket to "unblock/whitelist Articulate 360". They specifically added articulateusercontent.com to the decyprtion list. (This is IT's words) Now all is working fine.
