Hi Liz,
As you are using Rise, one thing you might like to consider is using Scenario blocks as part of your course. For example, you, as the user, could act as the manager and have a member of staff report an incident to you. You have to make sure you pick the right questions to gain the correct information and then, at the end of the scenario, you have to make a decision as to whether or not it is a case of fraudulent activity. You could also have follow-up questions where you have to determine who was responsible for the fraud and also what specific type of fraud was involved.

In addition, this excellent example below from Allison LaMotte includes a number of different Rise interactions that you may find useful plus a Scenario block, which can be found by going to the "What is a Food Allergy" lesson, scrolling to the bottom, selecting the "Got It" button and pressing the "Continue" button:
