Free text questions in Rise 360 or Storyline 360.

I'm new to Articulate and don't find free text questions. I think I am missing it somewhere.
I'm doing a lesson on EI in Rise 360. I want the learner to do questions for 4 days after they complete the theory. Day 1, theory with activities. Day 2-4 is a series of questions that they need to answer. For example:
- Use the Emotional vocabulary wheel and write down 3 emotions you felt today.
- Think about an upsetting emotion you experienced today. Decide if you were engulfed, accepting or emotionally intelligent when you reacted to the situation.
2.1 Situation and emotion:
2.2 Engulfed/accepting or emotionally intelligent.
These answers are not right or wrong answers. I do not want to see the answers (if possible, as we are trying to encourage them to be honest). They must not be able to move to the next question without answering the question.
We have an LMS. As it is not lessons that will be assessed, it will only change the status to "Completed" on our LMS if the whole lesson and all the activities were done.
We were thinking of doing this in Storyline and then inserting it in Rise 360?
Can you give me some suggestions on how to do this?
Hi Hildegarde! You can create a short answer or essay-type survey question in Storyline 360.
You can check out this article about Storyline Question Types to know more about the form-based questions that you can create in Storyline 360. After creating the questions, you may use Storyline blocks to embed Storyline 360 courses in Rise 360.
