Free trial not working

Dear support,

I tried many times to start a free trial in order to test before buy a subscription to storyline 360.

• I create a free trial account here : Articulate 360 Trial | Articulate
• Account has been activated by mail
• Get this error message :

I'm frustrated, could you please help me ?
