Free trial not working
As I understand it, a person can get one 30-day free trial. The 30 days is counted from when the trial starts. It doesn't matter if you stop using it before the end of the trial. When the 30 days are over, so is the trial.
At that point, you need to subscribe to get access. That's done to prevent folks from signing up for free trials at different times whenever they need to use the software.

21 days actually but never mind, you got it wrong. I fixed it since then by logging in through a different browser. Apparently, the issue has to do with cookies. And no, technically it's possible to continue trial longer than that with a new account but I don't care about it. I'll never subscribe, my company may or may not, I'm testing features right now.
Also, the issue is not new and happens regardless of prior registration, I found multiple threads with the exact same issue, never fully resolved.
