Freeform image editor in Rise?

Are there plans to add a freeform image editor in Rise where you can place text boxes and shapes directly on top of an image the way you can in PowerPoint or Storyline?

Currently we have to maintain a PowerPoint file in addition to Rise. This can be a problem if someone forgets to save the file or leaves the department. Often what should be a simple change requires you to recreate/redesign the content because the original file can't be found.
