Freelancing issues with Rise
Hi community,
I'm a freelance developer and I have a client who wants me to build a course in Rise for them. They don't have an Articulate 360 account, nor the in-house expertise to develop course...
Your contract should explain the risk. I have never said I am the protector of their files and explain that for Storyline files a copy would be transferred to them and for Rise a copy shared with them on completion.
If I decide not to renew and had no further work from them then the work is unfortunately lost. This has happened with other subscription services such as Vyond.
