Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
Since you mentioned that the behavior is occurring to different designers and on different Storyline 360 project files, can I ask if you and your colleagues are publishing your project files locally, or directly on a network drive? Working on a network drive has been known to cause files issue and is something that should be avoided if possible.
If you are working locally, try the following troubleshooting steps to see if they help:
- Import the slides of the affected projects to a new project file
- Do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation
