Full Storyline 360 slide not showing, cut off

Hello, 

I created a slide at Story size Width 1000, Height 562. I also added a sidebar for some additional information. It shows just fine for me. but I have one or two colleagues who say they can't see the full slide on screen without scrolling. Can anyone help explain this, please? I attached a screenshot of how I see the slide and also a screenshot of how a colleague sees the same slide. I also attached the slide itself to this post.

    For anyone who is interested, I found a few solutions. I can use that screen size if I eliminate the sidebar.  I can also keep the sidebar if I revert to a 720x540 screen size
