Full Width Photo Block | Low Quality Upload

When I create a vector image design in Adobe illustrator and upload it to Rise with the Block, Full Width Image, the image itself seems to become lower quality. It tends to show a lot in the...
Unfortunately this does not work.... my image is the same with or without the added ending. Any current solutions? Unfortunate we pay this much and cant upload clear images- its embarrassing.

I've submitted a Support Case on your behalf, and we've sent you a confirmation email message with your Case Number. Within that email message is a hyperlink where you can privately share files with us!
Using your unique hyperlink, can you please send us (1) a share link to your Rise 360 course, and (2) a copy of the original image file?
The _NOPROCESS_ suffix tells Rise 360 not to touch your image at all, so we'd love to take a closer look at what might be going on here!
